The apartment has been renovated with great care in the choice of materials and furnishings.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant vacation. The furniture, the colors, the materials give a pleasant "soul" to the house.
The large terrace is furnished with a table, garden chairs and deckchairs. The terrace allows you to spend pleasant hours under the pergola covered by the straws and jasmine and have dinner after a tiring day at the beach or drink a good glass of wine.
The apartment is the cozy retreat from which to leave in the morning to visit the many places of historical and natural interest in the surrounding area, and where to return in the evening to relax. Thanks to its geographical position and to its excellent rail and highway connections, San Benedetto is the ideal starting point for daily excursions and for visiting the main historical cities of Piceno and central Italy. The nature of the three National Parks (Parco Nazionale della Laga, Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini, Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso) is only an hour away.

The Village
In San Benedetto del Tronto, the Riviera delle Palme, you can spend relaxing days on the long and large beaches, in an almost tropical atmosphere thanks to the largest concentration of palm trees in Europe.
The 4 km of lush Lungomare offer a spectacle of about 2000 specimens of Phoenix Canariensis palms and oleanders, planted in the early 1900s. The large pinewoods offer shade and summer coolness and welcome a tennis circuit amongst the most beautiful in Italy.
The fishing port can be the destination of pleasant walks, but also the opportunity to buy fresh fish directly from the boats and sold in the fishing port that overlooks the harbor; the pedestrian tourist pier that closes the harbor allows you to "walk" in the sea.
San Benedetto is the liveliest town in the whole province, with its pedestrian walkway full of shops, full of events and animations.
You can take bicycle 15 km of bike path from the Sentina Nature Reserve, with its water and sand landscape, along the promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare, finally reaching Cupramarittima.
The many restaurants, especially fish, from the simplest to the most sought after, focus on the quality of raw material always available and the richness of the gastronomic tradition.
