The apartment, newly renovated (2020) is in the nineteenth-century center of Grottammare, in
Via XX Settembre, a quiet street full of private gardens.
Thanks to its location is at the same time close to the main attractions and far from the noise of
the nightlife.
The furniture, the colors and the materials give a pleasant "soul" to the house.
The apartment is equipped with a controlled mechanical ventilation system that ensures comfort.
The apartment has a private entrance from the street with the possibility to leave a stroller or the bikes.
It is on the ground floor raised, bright, cool and quiet.
It is 200 meters far from the beaches and the promenade with its restaurants and 500 meters far from the main street.
The bar and grocery stores (market, fishmonger, butcher, pasta shop) are 50 meters away.

The Village
Grottammare is one of the "Borghi più belli d'Italia" ("Italy's most beautiful villages") that gathers small villages with a great heritage of history, art, culture, environment and traditions.
Grottammare fine sandy beaches and transparent water gained it the title of Comune Bandiera Blu (Blue Flag village) continuously since 1999.
There are both numerous bathing establishments and free beaches where to rest under the shade green of the pinewoods and palms, the oleanders and orange groves.
A beautiful cycle path that winds along the seafront connects it to the south with San Benedetto del Tronto-Porto d'Ascoli and to the north with Cupra Marittima and Pedaso, for a total of 20 km.
Grottammare lies at the foot of the hill of Monte Castello on which the medieval nucleus is located. The medieval village develops around Piazza Peretti with its elegant loggia and the splendid belvedere.
Walking through the medieval village one can visit, among other things, the 17th century church of Santa Lucia, the Sistine Museum set up in the Church of San Giovanni Battista and the Torrione della Battaglia which now houses many works by native Pericle Fazzini, one of the greatest artists of the 20th century.
